TheCarFax compiles reports using public and commercial data sources. You acknowledge that:

• VIN-based reports depend on available data from third-party databases.
• Some vehicles may have incomplete or missing records due to regional or reporting limitations.
• TheCarFax is not responsible for errors or omissions in external data sources.

Our service assists in making informed decisions but does not guarantee the full or definitive history of a vehicle.

4. Payments, Refunds & Delivery

• All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, etc.).
• We do not store or have access to full card information.
• Reports are delivered digitally via email or your account dashboard.
• Because reports are digital and instantly generated, all sales are final and non-refundable once processing begins.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to the following:

• Maintain accuracy of your information
• Not share, resell, or republish purchased reports without permission
• Use our services in compliance with local and international laws

6. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, branding, website content, design elements, structure, and compiled vehicle data belong to TheCarFax and may not be copied, reused, or reproduced without explicit written consent.

• Unavailable or inaccurate third-party data
• Delays caused by external data providers
• Information not reported to VIN data networks
